We exist because the current framing is broken. For too long, conditions like ADHD have been viewed exclusively through a deficit lens, focusing only on ADHD symptoms rather than recognising the complete person. This incomplete perspective has real consequences—from limiting educational and career opportunities to creating unnecessary psychological distress when people internalise the message that their brain is "broken."
Many people with ADHD spend years masking their natural traits to fit in, exhausting themselves in the process of living with ADHD in a world not designed for them.
