Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Orders placed after 2pm GMT or on weekends will be processed the next business day
  • You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information

UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 business days): Shipping costs calculated at checkout
  • Express Delivery (1-2 business days): Available at checkout
  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders

International Shipping

European Union

  • Standard International (5-10 business days): Shipping costs calculated at checkout by our shipping partners
  • Express International (3-5 business days): Available at checkout
  • Important: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs

United States

  • Standard International (7-14 business days): Shipping costs calculated at checkout by our shipping partners
  • Express International (3-7 business days): Available at checkout

Customs and Import Duties

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees
  • These charges are determined by your local customs office
  • We cannot predict or advise on what these charges might be
  • Orders may be delayed by customs processing
  • Refusal of delivery due to customs charges will not qualify for a shipping refund

Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include tracking
  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships
  • You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
  • We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once tracking shows delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
  • Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim
  • Consider using a secure delivery address

Damaged in Transit

  • If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to UK, EU countries, and United States only
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes for international orders
  • Some remote areas may incur additional delivery charges

Order Changes

  • To modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled

Multiple Items

  • Multiple items in one order will be shipped together where possible
  • Large orders may be sent in separate packages

Holiday Shipping

  • Please allow extra time for delivery during peak holiday periods
  • Cutoff dates for holiday delivery will be posted on our website
