They are a different design from a different brand, so we will not make claims about Loop. Can I wear them under headphones?

Yes. They sit over the canal rather than sticking out, so closed-back headphones fit over the top. Press the plugs on first, then put your headphones on.

Are they good for ADHD and autism?

They are made for neurodivergent people who find everyday noise too much, including adults with ADHD and autistic adults. They reduce noise. They do not treat ADHD or autism, and they will not block every sound.
