We are pleased to announce that Focus Frames can now be ordered with prescription lenses directly through our website. Whether you need single vision, astigmatism correction, or multifocal lenses, we have you covered.
We have built two simple ways to submit your prescription so you can choose whichever works best for you.
Upload your prescription at checkout
Our new lens wizard now includes a prescription upload step. When you configure your lenses on the Focus Frames product page, select "Yes, I have a prescription" and you will see an upload area where you can attach a photo or PDF of your prescription. We accept JPG, PNG, HEIC and PDF files up to 10 MB. You can also type your details manually if you prefer.

If you would rather send your prescription separately, just complete your order and then email it to:
Include your order number in the subject line so we can match it up quickly. We will take care of the rest.
A note about PD (pupillary distance)
We need your pupillary distance to ensure your lenses are aligned correctly. This is the measurement between the centres of your pupils, and it is not always included on prescriptions from opticians.
If yours is missing, you can measure it yourself in about a minute using a free app:
- iPhone: EyeMeasure (uses Face ID sensors for accurate measurement)
- Android: GlassesOn (uses your camera and a standard card for reference)
Include the PD value alongside your prescription when you upload or email it.
